Os frutos vão ficar a macerar no açúcar e ficam com um pouco de calda.&lt;br /&gt;Quando os frutos estiverem descongelados (1-2 horas), desfazer os suspiros em bocados e bater as natas até ficarem sólidas.&lt;br /&gt;Numa taça transparente colocar por camadas em primeiro lugar um pouco de natas, depois os frutos e por fim os suspiros. Fazem-se 2 a três camadas, sendo que por cima devem ficar os frutos.&lt;br /&gt;Leva-se ao frigorífico.
